Act 11 - Antioch

The gospel tears down the barriers that divide people and creates a new family united in Christ. Through Peter’s encounter with Cornelius and the growth of the church in Antioch, God reveals that His grace is for every nation, ethnicity, and background. While human nature tends toward favoritism, avoidance, and division, the cross creates a new identity that is greater than any earthly distinction. A multicultural church is a powerful testimony to the reconciling work of Jesus and His desire to unite people as one body.
