The Good Shepherd

Jesus identifies Himself as the Good Shepherd who knows His sheep, leads them, protects them, and ultimately lays down His life for them. In a world filled with competing voices and “shepherds,” we are challenged to consider who we are truly following. Psalm 23 shows us a Shepherd who restores us in our mess, walks with us through difficult valleys, provides in the presence of opposition, and leads us toward abundant and eternal life. Following the Good Shepherd does not mean avoiding hard places, but trusting the One who has already gone before us and promises to remain with us.
